Originally was a picture of Ferdinand Rudolph Hassler, but was attacked by fishes and given the fishy plague. He has a jagged red mouth with scary red eyes. He also has mysterious powers including exploding (as seen in [[Made in China]]) and shoddy toonification (as seen in [[The Plot against Mario Fandom]]). He fell in love with Peggy Hill in [[The Magic Fool Bucket]], but she broke his heart. <br> <br> The real Mr. Hassler started out as a professor of mathematics who helped the government survey land.
