Flay Allster is a character from the popular anime ''Mobile Suit Gundam SEED''. She is disliked by many fans because she is spoiled, manipulative, and for a while disliked people who were genetically-enhanced. She unfortunately gets killed at the end of the series, but lives on in infamy in many anime fans' hearts. I_Made_A_Turtle, however, likes her a lot (even though he doesn't like Gundam SEED) and includes her in many of his animutations.
