Ringo Akai (, literally "red apple") is a character found only in the Japan-only Playstation game ''Tokyo Mew Mew''. She is [[Ichigo Momomiya]]'s first cousin, presumably on her mother's side. She is injected with the DNA of a Humboldt penguin as an emergency extension of the Mew Mew project. She transforms with the incantation "Mew Mew Ringo Metamorphosis!" into Mew Ringo. Her weapon is the Appletick.
