He is believed to be partially responsible for the YouTube craze of "Misheard Lyrics", or "Interpretation" videos (though he is not proud of the fact), which have some Animutation traits, but are created by people with no knowledge of Animutation, and generally use more popular songs than Animutations, which normally use more obscure, usually foreign, songs.
