Zigfried von Schroeder, known in Japan as Siegfried von Schroider (ジークフリード・フォン・シュレイダー Jīkufurīdo fon Shureidā) is the main antagonist for the KC Grand Championship story arc of the Yu-Gi-Oh! second anime series, which is known as Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters in Asia. He does not exist in the manga. Zigfried in both versions is named for Siegfried, a character in the opera ''Der Ring des Nibelungen'' (The Ring of Nibelung).

Zigfried von Schroeder is the CEO of Schroeder Corporation, a rival of Kaiba Corporation. As the Europe champion, he participates in Kaiba's KC Grand Championship under the name "Zigfried Lloyd" (Sieg Lloyd in the Japanese version; ジーク・ロイド Jīku Roido). He is brother to Leon von Schroeder (Leonhart von Schroider in Japan). Zigfried seeks to take down KaibaCorp as revenge because he feels that Seto Kaiba stole his plans for holographic dueling technology. He comes across as arrogant and vain, but he has a kind side, as evidenced by how regretful he feels at the end of the arc for making Leon help him with his plot. He genuinely loves his brother, as Seto loves Mokuba. At the end of the anime, he is seen making a business deal with Maximillion Pegasus.

He is voiced by Eisuke Tsuda in the Japanese version and by Pete Zarustica in the English dub.

Zigfried has a Valkyrie deck, meaning that his entire deck is based off of Norse Mythology. He also combines his 3 Goddess Magic cards with Nibelung's Ring to slowly destroy his opponent's deck while removing their cards from play.
