Spinda is a normal-type Pokemon that is obtainable in the ''Ruby'', ''Sapphire'', and ''Emerald'' games. It looks like a dizzy panda bear with red and brownish-yellow instead of black and white. Spinda only appears on one route in the games its in, but there, it practically infests the route. Spinda doesn't evolve from or to any Pokemon.
