Chuck Norris was an American actor and martial artist, most known for starring in Walker: Texas Ranger. In 2005, Something Awful started a meme with "random facts" (originally about Vin Diesel and Mr. T) before Norris became the subject.

"Chuck Norris doesn't dial the wrong number, you pick up the wrong phone."
