The Sneak is a version of The Cheat from the "Old-Timey" generation on Homestar Runner, which is a series of cartoons set in 1936, complete with variations of modern characters such as "The Homestar Runner", "Sickly Sam" (Strong Sad), Strong Bad, Marzipan, and "Fat Dudley" (Pom Pom).
Even though he's supposed to be Yellow and Orange, he's black and white because the movies he's from are in black and white.
