Since that glaring bug has been fixed in the large overhaul/update, I am just going to throw a redirect on here when I get 50 hidden packages in GTA: LCS. (Currently: 43/100)
I think I found all of them in Shoreside Vale, now I will look throughout Portland. There should be way more there.
