Chansey is a Pokemon noted for its elusiveness. It resembles no specific animal or object, but it is pink, circular, and has a pouch on its stomach containing an egg. Chansey is always female, and it is obtainable in the Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver, Crystal, "Diamond," Firered, Leafgreen, "Pearl," and XD games. Chansey evolves into Blissey from Gold, Silver, and up. In the world of animutation, Chansey was only used to represent the mondegreen "Chance!". Chansey has a pre-evolutionary stage: Happiny.
