The Stinky Cheese Man is a character from one of the stories in "The Stinky Cheese Man and Other Fairly Stupid Tales", a collection of fairy tale spoofs by Jon Scieszka and Lane Smith. He was created by an old lady who wanted to eat him, but decided that stinky cheese wasn't as appetizing as gingerbread. He's also a member of the Hosse Bunch.
