Piakchu is a badly-drawn Pikachu with the words "Hail Evil!" tatooed on his stomach, from the Arfenhouse games and flash movies. He's Housemaster's pet/mascot, and though he usually communicates in normal Pokemon style (by saying syllables from his name), on rare occasions he speaks (relatively) coherent English, usually just to cuss someone or something out.
