Two hideous puppets from the Peppermint Park Footage. They came from a segment endorsing "Bubble Liquid". Their names were never mentioned (so let's just call them Bubble and Liquid).
Bubble would be the puppet that blows the Bubble wears a brown tartan collared shirt and has a strong resemblance to Earnie. Liquid is the other puppet in the red shirt, red neck-bandanna.
The entire footage consists of the Bubble and Liquid talking about "Bubble Liquid" while Bubble blows bubbles. The entire thing is taped with a solid sky-blue backdrop which perhaps made it easier to do this.
