Marge Simpson is one of the main characters in the long-running prime-time televison series The Simpsons. She is the wife of Homer Simpson, mother of Bart Simpson, Lisa Simpson and Maggie Simpson and sister of Selma Bouvier and Patty Bouvier. She is typically a "Susie Homemaker"-type housewife, but she can be stern considering her husband and son's attitudes.
