Jessica Leonard (b. 1997) was an obese girl who became a meme as a five-year-old, when she guest starred on Maury.
A gif of Jessica dancing became widely circulated online. Jessica weighed 230 lb. at the time, which severely impaired her mobility. Surgery in 2005 halved her weight so that she could walk again.
