Homer Simpson is the thirty- nine year old idiot who has never aged in the fifteen, sixteen years he's been on air. His IQ is low, (since he modified it when he was six years old, by getting a crayon stuck in his brain) In the Fingertips project, Homer only appears in a few frames, dancing.
