Kermit the Frog is one of the most famous muppets since his appearance on Sam & Friends in the 1950s and is well known today for his appearances on Sesame Street, The Muppet Show and various other media appearances. These appearances have extended into animutation, where he's made many appearances. He is not to be confused with the Pube Muppet, who appeared in McCain's Sexy Outrage.
