Ness is a character from Nintendo video games Earthbound (Super NES), also appearing as a playable character in every single Super Smash Bros game to date. His moves include PK Fire, PK Thunder, and PK Flash. He also has a PSI Magnet move to absorb opponents' energy projectile spam.
Ness roughly resembles Michael from Fisher-Price's Little People.
