The Cheetahmen were Ninja Turtle knockoffs from Action 52, a game generally considered one of the worst games of all time due to the fact that it was almost impossible to play properly, because collision detection was almost nonexistent. It was released on the Nintendo Entertainment System, with a sticker price of $200(US). There was a Genesis version of the Action 52 that had the collision detection fixed, but had the entire Cheetahmen storyline removed.
