Peaches is "Rocko's Modern Life"'s version of the Devil, and resides in "Heck" (when corrected by Heffer, he replies that they're on a kids' show and can't say the real name). He only appeared in a few episodes, either in a cameo, or ones involving him trying to get Heffer, a gluttonous steer, into Heck.
