Mad Duck

A minor enemy from EarthBound, an RPG for the Super Nintendo. According to the strategy guide, its "...attack is worse than its quack." Its special move is to "make something spin around" and reduce your characters' PP (Psychic Points, the game's equivalent of MP). However, it is never made clear what this "something" is.
