From The Simpsons, Itchy is an ultra-violent cartoon mouse, paired with Scratchy, a cartoon cat, who he regularly hurts and kills. They are the stars of the show within a show, the extremely popular kiddie cartoon The Itchy and Scratchy Show, an obvious parody of Tom and Jerry.
