Meow is a peppy cat villager from the Animal Crossing series. Her only appearance is Doubutsu no Mori e+, where she can only move into a town when her e-reader card is scanned. She is also designed and named after the MeowLingual cat translator.
Despite her not appearing in other Animal Crossing games, she can be put in Animal Crossing: New Horizons via modding, as shown in this video.
