Ghost Busters

Not to be confused with the more famous Ghostbusters (one word) from the 1984 movie, the Ghost Busters (two words) were Eddie Spenser (played by Larry Storch) and Jake Kong (played by Forrest Tucker), stars of the 1970s live-action kids' show of the same name. Together with their mascot/animal sidekick Tracy the Gorilla (Bob Burns in a gorilla costume), they fought all manner of supernatural evil, including the ghosts of assorted historical villains. The series was later remade as an animated cartoon by Filmation.
