He used to be a close associate of Matthew Lesko, but after Lesko's unexpected demise and ressurection, he fled Lesko's wrath and started appearing in fanimutations, under the guise of An Old Blue Scot Called Dil, as well as Frank. His name is very awkward and hard to pronounce, as it is "Frozen Dinner" made backwards.
