Vash the Stampede is the main character of the anime Trigun. He's a blonde oddball who likes donuts, and conceals his talent for shooting people behind a front of loveable buffoonery. If he wasn't a pacifist who believes in "Love and peace!", he might just be the most dangerous man in the world.
