Christopher Lee

Shakespearean actor mad famous for his role as Saruman in Lord of the Rings, though this is but one of his many memorable roles. Among them were Francisco Scaramanga from The Man With the Golden Gun and Count Dooku from Star Wars, to name a few. Most of the time, due to his signature booming voice and sinister facial features, he is typecast as a villain. He often played a bad guy opposite fellow Star Wars actor Peter Cushing. Even now, in his eighties, he remains an active figure in the entertainment world. Recently, he has done a good deal of work with director Tim Burton.
