The Chinpokomon Executives are two Japanese businessmen from the South Park episode "Chinpokomon", which parodied Pokémon. They have serious penis size perception problems, which they project onto the children of South Park ("chinpoko" {チンポコ} is a vulgar Japanese euphemism for "penis").
