Ralph Wiggum

RALPH WIGGUM

 Ralph Wiggum, often featured in the Simpsons, is the son of Clancy Wiggum (more widely known as Chief Wiggum.)

He is very slow, and makes up his own vocabulary. (Such as 'oowies') He also plays Wigglepuppy, a game of his own design, in which he plays a puppy who can fly.
