Saddam Hussein

Saddam Hussein was, until recently, the dictator of Iraq. After pissing off both George H. W. Bush and George W. Bush, he was eventually deposed after a big, messy, and controversial war. His current whereabouts are unknown, but probably estimated as "rotting in some secret government prison".
