Ivan is a character from an episode of Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends. He's an imaginary friend who has many, many eyes, as the name suggests, and he acts as the seeing-eye friend for a young blind boy named Stevie. He also has a tendency to panic. He was voiced by Kevin McDonald of "Kids In the Hall".
