Theodore Roosevelt was the 26th President of the United States of America, being succeeded to office after the assassination of William McKinley. He was generally considered one of the best presidents, and was one of the four to have his head on Mount Rushmore. His philosophy in life was "Speak softly, and carry a big stick; you will go far." (Either that, or "Trousellbarf!")

According to comic book artist Don Rosa, he knows Scrooge McDuck.
