When Little Eric, an ordinary schoolboy, living at 29 Acacia Road, Nuttytown, eats a banana, he transforms into the amazing Bananaman!
A comic book character from the "Dandy" comic books, he gets his powers from bananas. He fights crime (As all superheroes do).
