Lee Kwan Young or Kwan Jang Nim Lee Kwan Young is 9th DAN of Taekwondo and Hapkido. He's the first to have imported the Taekwondo in France and he's charged by the Korean Federation to develop the "Korean Karate" in France. He's also the founder of Ho Shin Moo Soul, and the taekwondo master of a friend of Max Le Fou. That's why he have some cameos on his animutations, mainly his "devilish modified" version, Devil Lee Kwan Young.
