Rattata

Rattata is a normal-type, basic stage Pokemon that looks like a purple rat. It can be found commonly in the many areas of the games it is obtainable in, which are Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver, Crystal, Firered, and Leafgreen. Rattata, along with its evolution, Raticate, are the only Pokemon that can learn the attack Hyper Fang. Rattata's only animutation role was being one of the many Pokemon puked out by Dave Frishberg.
