A character from the famous Monty Python's Flying Circus skit, "The Ministry of Silly Walks". Mr. Teabag, the "Minister of Silly Walks" himself (played by John Cleese), is infamous for walking around in a fashion Entertainment Weekly once described as "like a grasshopper crossing a minefield in incredibly tight shoes".
