Michael "Atters" Attree is a British satirist who is often lightheartedly portrayed within the media as a villainous bounder and cad. He has a prominent waxed handlebar mustache, which is why he is a committee member of the Handlebar Club (in London). He has been Honorable Chairman of the World Beard and Moustache Championships and was Master of Ceremonies at the 2007 event.
