Penny is a character from the show Inspector Gadget. She, along with her super-smart dog Brain, would help her bumbling uncle without him knowing. She was voiced by Cree Summers who some may know as Freddie Brooks on A Different World or as the voice of Foxxy Love on Drawn Together.
