Marill

Marill is a Water/Fairy-type mouse Pokémon. It uses its tail to float. It made its debut in Pokémon Gold and Silver for the Game Boy Color system. Because of its physical similarity to Pikachu, its name was speculated as "Pikablu" by fans of the series after some screenshots from the Japanese PG&S surfaced on the Internet.

Marill is the intermediate stage of evolution between Azurill and Azumarill. Like Wobbuffet's prevolution Wynaut, the preliminary Azurill evolutionary stage debuted in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire for the Game Boy Advance.
