Intergalactic bounty-hunter, sworn enemy of the Mother Brain, and just an all-around cutie, Samus is the star of Nintendo's Metroid game series, and has had a game on every major system except the Nintendo 64.
Samus wears a power suit given to her by the race of bird-like Chozo, and has used it to stop a variety of plots cooked up by the Space Pirates, as well as exterminate nearly all of the Metroids (somehow, there's always a few still around somewhere.)
