Cheems is an Ironic Doge character that was made popular by the /r/dogelore subreddit. The dog is actually a Shiba Inu from Hong Kong named "Balltze", who has his own Instagram account.
Balltze, the dog behind the Cheems meme, died on August 19th, 2023.
