Pac-Man is one of the oldest characters in video game history, looking like a yellow circle that eats dots in the original Pac-Man. His enemies are the Pac-Man Ghosts. He was originally supposed to be called "Puckman" in the U.S. because of his hockey puck-like shape, but Namco realized that the "p" could easily translate to an "f" in the eyes of American youth, so they retained the name Pac-Man.

Pac-Man has made several animutation appearances. In animutations, he has appeared briefly during white flashes and ate Shadow the Hedgehog, along with Brock's angel and Bob Marley. More recently, he sang in front of the Arc D'Triomph.
