Gendo Ikari

Deadbeat father, Machiavellian schemer, and all around creepy guy who makes wearing glasses look cool, Gendo Ikari (occasionally known as Gendoh or Gendou) is one of the main characters of the anime Neon Genesis Evangelion. As head of the top secret government project NERV, Gendo is tasked with leading the defense of Earth against giant alien monsters known as the Angels. To accomplish this end, Gendo employs Japan's greatest tactical secret: angst-ridden teenagers (including his own son, Shinji Ikari) piloting giant robots. In Animutation, however, people know him as "the guy with the glasses". He stars in A Sticky Night of Love, in which his head makes numerous appearances atop both his own body and the bodies of others.
