Jigglypuff

Jigglypuff is a Normal/Fairy-type Pokemon that resembles a pink puffball or balloon. Its persistently sings lullabies to its opponents until they fall asleep. Jigglypuff was among the most popular Pokemon in the early years of the franchise, recurringly utilizing its singing talents in the early seasons of the anime, only to angrily scribble on everyone's faces with a marker when they inevitably doze off. Jigglypuff evolves from Igglybuff, its baby form, and evolves into Wigglytuff with the use of a Moon Stone.
