Spinda

Spinda is a Normal-type Pokemon based off the panda bear, though its coloring and body shape differ from its real-life counterpart. Known for its dizzy movements and distinctive spots, said spot patterns being unique to an individual Spinda. Spinda debuted subliminally in animutation.
