Yoko Taro is a Japanese game director and scenario writer, best known for his work on the Drakengard series and its spinoffs, Nier and Nier: Automata. He usually wears a mask when giving interviews and presenting games, which is one of his most iconic traits. In a Drakengard 3 video interview, he used a hand puppet. He also created 2B, the protagonist of Nier: Automata.
