Bill Clinton was the 42nd President of the United States of America, and was a liberal Democrat, being the first Democrat to win two terms after World War II. During his second term, he was impeached for having a sexual relationship with Monica Lewinsky, but didn't need to leave office after the impeachment. He now does alot of public service announcements with former rival George H. W. Bush, who was his rival during the 1992 election.
