Wobbuffet is a psychic-type Pokemon from the Pokemon series of video games that looks like a blue blob that has a black tail with eyes. It can be caught in the Gold, Silver, Crystal, Ruby, Sapphire, Firered, Leafgreen, and Emerald video games. In Gold, Silver, and Crystal, Wobbuffet can be caught in Dark Cave. In Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, Wobbuffet can be caught at the entrance of the Safari Zone. In Firered and Leafgreen, Wobbuffet can be caught at Ruin Valley on Six Island, and at Cerulean Cave.
Wobbuffet had no baby or evolution in Gold, Silver, and Crystal. However, Wobbuffet got a baby form, Wynaut, in Ruby, Sapphire, and up. Wynaut can be obtained by breeding two Wobbuffet, as long as one of them has a Lax Incense attached, probably to avoid confusion on why breeding Wobbuffet couldn't produce a Wynaut in Gold, Silver, and Crystal.

Wobbuffet has made several appearances in animutations. In Crappyshit, he played the piano. In Pinto Rage, he was one of the many Pokemon that Dave Frishberg puked out. In Hyakugojyuuichi 3!!!, Jessie's Wobbuffet appeared very quickly, in a picture where Wobbuffet was disguised as Max, one of the characters from the Pokemon anime. Also appearing in that picture was Meowth dressed up as May, James dressed up as Norman; May and Max's father, and Jessie dressed up as Caroline; May and Max's mother.
