Trivia
Inspired by Andrew Kepple's animutations, Stephen Townshend decided to make his own one while flatting with Kepple. Despite Kepple living right next door, Townshend made the entire movie with no artistic input from his Flash-competent flatmate. Although the movie itself was instantly "Blammed" from Newgrounds, it was shown twice at the University of Canterbury where it gained a cult following even greater than that of Kepple's French Erotic Film, which was also shown twice.
At last report, Townshend was working on a sequel in which Monster Deer goes in search of his estranged parents, somehow involving a Matrix parody with Colin Mochrie and Ryan Stiles. However, it is likely that he has terminated this project since joining a high profile acting school.
