Snoop Dogg is a popular American gangsta rapper known for his "fo shizzle, ma nizzle" catchphrase and perpetually being high on weed. He frequently appears in weed-related Internet video remixes using the "smoke weed everyday" lyric (which is often misattributed to Snoop, though actually sung by Nate Dogg) from Dr. Dre's "The Next Episode".
Snoop became a phenomenon on Animutation Portal when Un-J suggested for the members to change their avatars to include Snoop Dogg, which many did. Most members switched back their avatars shortly thereafter, but Un-J retained his Snoop avatar for the remainder of the forum's lifetime.
Snoop has also been known as the reggae-tinted Snoop Lion, Snoop Doggy Dogg from his early career, and Snoopzilla.
